Take advantage of low fixed interest rates with these loans guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development or Federal Housing Administration.

  • CMBS: Commercial mortgage-backed securities are loans that are later bundled and sold to investors as bonds. Take advantage of this option’s low interest rates and fixed terms to finance projects requiring up to $50 million.
  • Construction: Use from $10 million to over $100 million to construct a brand-new property.
